Michiel [Mike] Godfried Eman [b. September 1, 1961] is the current and Fifth Prime Minister of Aruba. In the general elections on September 25, 2009, Emans party, the Aruban Peoples Party [Arubaanse Volkspartij/Partido di Pueblo Arubano][AVP], won 48 percent of the vote. Eman took office on October 30, 2009. His brother, Jan [Henny] Hendrik Albert Eman [b. March 20, 1948], was the First and Third Prime Minister of Aruba.

There is no such post of Education Minister in India. Education comes under the Ministry of Human Resource and Development. Presently (in 2011), Kapil Sibbal is the Minister for Human Resource Development.

Ahmed Ouyahia was the Prime Minister of Algeria in 2011.Ahmed Ouyahia became the Prime Minister of Algeria on 2008 June 23 when appointed by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika. He served until he was replaced on 2012 September 3. Ouyahia has been the prime minister twice before, from 1995 December 31 to 1998 December 15 under president Liamine Zéroual, and again from 2003 May 5 to 2006 May 24 under president Bouteflika.

Carlos Domingos Gomes Junior was the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau in 2010.Gomes once again became the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau on 2009 January 2. This was his second time as Prime Minister. Gomes was also Prime Minister from 2004 May 10 to 2005 November 2, but he was dismissed over an inability to work with President Vieira.In 2007, Gomes accused Vieira of complicity in the assassination of Mohamed Sanha, a Navy official. When attempts were made to arrest Gomes for the statements, Gomes fled to the UN building for sanctuary. The charges were later dropped.In 2008 Gomes was once again elected. Vieira appointed Gomes as the Prime Minister, stating that the two would put aside personal differences. However, shortly after on 2009 March 2, Vieira was assassinated by the military. In 2010, there was military unrest, and Gomes was put under house arrest by the military. After several months, Gomes returned to the position, though democracy and stability both remain shaky in Guinea Bissau.

Cuba does not have a prime minister as such. The official position of Prime Minister was abolished in 1976, and replaced by the position of President of the Council of Ministers. The last prime minister was Fidel Castro , who assumed the new position. The current council president is his brother, Raúl Castro , who is concurrently the First Secretary of the Communist Party in Cuba.
