Naruto didn't always have that title, he was originally the jinchuriki of kurama(nine tails) alone until the 4th great shinobi war were he bonded and linked his chakra with all tailed beasts before and after freeing them from the gedo statue. Let me explain it, the way that Madara and Obito became the jinchuuriki of the ten tails is different from the way Naruto is. Whereas Naruto had only the fractions of chakra given to him by every tailed beast. So you can call Naruto as a pseudo Ten tails jinchuuriki as he has only the fractions of. chakra given to him.
