If you are talking about just a state of those three countries they were known as The State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs. But this country only existed for a few months in 1918, before joining Serbia and Montenegro in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, later renamed to Yugoslavia. Those three countries were a part of Yugoslavia until declaring independance in 1990s.
